RCAA has been a leader in the field of energy and telecommunications education since the early 1980s.

We are committed to providing information and education services for low to moderate income households on issues that are of importance and that impact their lives.

Staff provides educational information during the energy assistance and weatherization application process, in a workshop setting and on a one-on-one basis.
