To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to thank RCAA for the opportunity to upgrade my home in Blue Lake. We were able to correct many deficiencies and make my home safer and more efficient.

I also wish to commend Bob Roney of North Coast Awning for his excellent work in the project. He was able to arrange the subcontracted items in a timely fashion, and managed to get the things that needed to be ordered, such as light fixtures and bathroom furniture. I believe Nick Roney, Bob's son, was responsible for that success.

Both Bob and Nick were a pleasure to work with. They were attentive to detail and attentive to my needs and wishes. They worked quietly and efficiently, and at the end of each day the jobsite was clean and orderly.

I am thrilled with the "new look", and have had positive comments from several of my neighbors on how nice the house looks. I will encourage any of my neighbors to apply for your program in the future, and will not hesitate to recommend North Coast Awning.
