Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation

The Housing Rehabilitation Division currently offers programs that allow us to provide services for owners of:

Owner-Occupied Stick-built Homes,
Owner-Occupied Manufactured Homes on Owner-owned land, and
Owner-Occupied Manufactured Home in a Mobile Home Park.

These programs currently have waiting lists for services. All our services are provided first-come, first -serve based upon our waiting lists.

Additionally, we operate an Owner-Occupied Housing Program for the City of Fortuna. The City of Fortuna program has openings right now. Please visit : City of Fortuna Rehabilitation Loan Program
