1. How do I find out if there is space in the shelter?
Call the YSB Hotline at (707) 444-CARE. The hotline worker will let you know if there are openings, and can do an intake over the phone.
2. How do I schedule a thrift store pick-up?
The thrift store can pick up donations, including items left over from yard sales. To schedule a pick-up, call the thrift store directly at (707) 445-4217.
3. Where can I find information on the emancipation process?
The YSB office can give you a packet of information on emancipation. We also have staff who can talk to you about it. Call the office at (707) 443-8322 ext. 201 for more information.
